Our methodology has six steps:

2 / We define with you the candidate’s profile, and list the markets, geographies and target organizations.
3 / The consultant meets with and personally evaluates several candidates, often more than ten for a position.
4 / We submit a short list of candidates within set deadlines (usually 4 to 6 weeks), together with detailed and confidential written reports for these candidates.
5 / We are available to assist you in choosing the candidate and negotiating.
6 / We follow the integration of your new employee.
